An interval-based class that works the entire body. Kettlebells, bodyweight movements, running, jumping — and it's never the same twice. Routine is the enemy. Every session is different, every session is hard, and every session is worth it.

More than just hitting the bag for cardio. This class teaches the why behind the sweet science — authentic boxing skill development for all levels. Whether you've never thrown a punch or you've been training for years, every session builds real technique.
